These products are highly rated world wide and made up from basic chemicals for a variety of industries and high-purity chemicals to support the science frontiers. For examples, we supply pure phosphates, phosphoric acid, and highly functional ferric chlorides for the electronics industry, an advanced field. Our ferric chlorides, in particular, are highly valued as fine etchants by customers of lead frames, shadow masks, and printed circuit boards. We are also active in tackling environmental tasks by recovering wasted etchants and regenerating them for reuse.
